I came to Amy with a finished manuscript, rough drafts of a query letter and synopsis, and dreams of finding the perfect agent. Amy helped breathe life into my query letter and synopsis and improved on them exponentially. She even went above and beyond and found a perfect comp title for my book. I'd been researching agents on my own, and it was amazing how many perfect-for-me agents Amy found that I'd overlooked. She tied it all together by developing a detailed pitch plan that provided me with a road map through a stressful and difficult process. Working with Amy showed me how much it pays to have that second and more objective pair of eyes on your work, no matter what stage of the writing process you're in. As I write this, seven agents have requested my full manuscript, any of whom I'd be thrilled to have represent me, and I feel hopeful I'll find the right agent for me and for my book in due time.
